The Global Ambassador for breast cancer awareness drinks hot water for breakfast, rocks a stunning appearance untouched by her 49 years of age, advocates never dreading the inevitable, meaning aging, and with utter confidence professes she cannot be knocked down.

Presently playing a queen on the TV series “The Royals,” Elizabeth is optimistic the Buckingham Palace tenants themselves may enjoy her rendition.

In her absorbed itinerary of acting, business, fashion design, raising money and awareness for breast cancer, Elizabeth found a spot for HL to expatiate on whether she has had plastic surgery, how to be forever young and fabulous without millions and fame, why she keeps calls as short and infrequent as possible, her dream acting partner and how a man can turn her on.

Healthy Living: It’s been a year since your last interview with HL. As an Estee Lauder spokesperson, raising millions for research for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, what are you doing this year to raise awareness?

Elizabeth Hurley: Our mission of raising funds and awareness remains the same, but this year we are highlighting not only people diagnosed with breast cancer but also the people who support them during this traumatic and harrowing time. Our 2014 BCA Campaign is called, “Let’s Defeat Breast Cancer. We’re Stronger Together” and we have made a very moving documentary featuring families battling this disease.

Healthy Living: Are there things you do in your personal life as a means of prevention? Are there foods, vitamins, supplements that you have found useful for prevention? Do you try to limit toxic exposures?

Elizabeth Hurley: I try to live as healthy a life as possible. I try to watch my weight, eat healthily and stay active.

Healthy Living: What is your opinion on cell phone use in relation to breast cancer?

Elizabeth Hurley: I don’t know if there are any links between cell phone use and breast cancer but, as it happens, I have never been comfortable talking on my cell phone and always keep calls as short and infrequent as possible.

Healthy Living: Do you think children must absolutely be breast fed? For how long?

Elizabeth Hurley: I don’t tend to judge others on their personal choices in any matters and believe that every woman will make her own informed decision on options in this department.

Healthy Living: Is there a simple way to keep an eye on breast cancer without having to regularly see a doctor?

ELizabeth Hurley: It is recommended that all women examine their own breasts every month from puberty onwards. This way you are familiarized with your own breasts. Your doctor will teach you how to do this. It’s important to always do this at the same time of the month as the breasts alter during stages of the menstrual cycle. Any changes, other than monthly fluctuations, should be reported to your doctor. The large majority of the scientific community recommends that women over 40 have an annual mammogram. I have had one every year since hitting 40.

Healthy Living: Who is your dream acting partner? Film director?

Elizabeth Hurley: Gosh, what a difficult question, I admire so many actors and directors. How could one ultimately resist a combination of Robert De Niro and Scorsese though?!

Healthy Living: Tell us about filming the role of Queen Helena in the E! show The Royals.

Elizabeth Hurley: I have just wrapped Season 1-which is 10 hours. I loved shooting this show, which is based around a fictional royal family. Playing the Queen of England was a blast. The show is glamorous, racy and I’m hoping against hope that people will love being taken on our royal ride.

Healthy Living: Do you worry how it will be taken by the royals?

Elizabeth Hurley: I hope they love it.
